The brain grows through action. It is designed to learn through movement.
Long before humans learned to read, write, or speak, the brain developed through physical movement. Each new movement helped build the brain in a natural, orderly pattern of growth.
Babies do not begin with thinking. They begin with touching, reaching, rolling, crawling, standing, walking, and exploring. Every movement sends signals to the brain, and these signals help form stronger and more organized connections.
Brain development happens from the body upward, just as a tree grows from its roots upward.
My brain-tree logo represents this natural pattern of development. The roots represent the brainstem and basic regulation, the trunk represents coordination systems, the branches represent emotional and rhythmic systems, and the leaves represent higher thinking and learning.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Brain & Body Balance Program is a movement-based cognitive enrichment program that uses bilateral exercises, coordination training, neuro-movement, rhythm, games and puzzles to support brain & body function.
Sessions may include:
- Bilateral integration and coordination training to support brain-body communication
- Neuro-movement patterns that encourage healthy brain development and recovery
- Multi-sensory activities including rhythm, music, memory, art, games, and puzzles
- Balance, posture, vestibular, and proprioceptive exercises for stability and control
- Techniques that support nervous system regulation and emotional well being
- Sessions ranging from light recreational engagement to structured cognitive work
- Suitable for proactive wellness, rehabilitation support, and cognitive support
- Designed to stimulate neuro-plasticity and functional brain pathways
- Nature-based, positive approach that supports the whole person
- Flexible programming for homes, schools, hospitals, retirement homes, and community environments

RECONNECTION AND RECOVERY AFTER INJURY
The mission of the Brain and Body Balance Program is to gently reconnect the mind and body through positivity & structured, compassionate, movement-based engagement.
This man in the photo walked 4 times farther than he ever has since his injury, after I had a short visit with him. When someone feels truly supported, it changes what they believe is possible. Support gives them confidence to try, courage to keep going, and strength to rise after setbacks.

Private visits are available in homes, hospitals, and care settings. Sessions can be adapted to work alongside existing care plans and support teams.

-Frequency of visits depends on the person's wants, needs, care plan, and goals for progress. Sessions can be arranged as one-time visits, weekly programs, or multiple sessions per week when additional time is beneficial. ** Package deals are available.
-Facilities can hire me for 1/2 or full days to do many visits/sessions
Sessions are flexible in depth, ranging from fun, lighthearted, social visits to more structured progressive sessions that support coordination, cognitive growth, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
Each visit is adapted to the person's age, ability, comfort level and goals, creating a balance between enjoyment, gentle challenge, and meaningful progress.
This flexible format allows each program to remain positive and uplifting while still providing meaningful growth and support.
